HeilaKidz Journey
I am Ms. Anush Salampuria, the founder of HeilaKidz. HeilaKidz is a dream come true. It is nurtured with years of preschool experience. The journey started after becoming a mum myself, realizing the importance and responsibility of early years of child’s life. This made me leave behind the corporate world and plunge into a new world, where children became my life’s priority.
With each passing day and seeing those tiny bunch of little wonders, made me fall in love for them even more deeper. The untapped innate passion for preschool became the walk of my life with the launch our first school at Pune in year 2013. We started as a franchisee of one of the most leading preschool brand of India.
The first school was like my first baby that mutually helped me learn a lot and dive deep into the child’s wonder world. There was a great sense of gratification and achievement through consistent work, starting with handful of children to reaching the full capacity. Timely recognitions and rewards encouraged and led me to do better every time.
To name a few, the outstanding CLO award, award for best preschool practices, exceptional contribution with online learning program during pandemic, the preschool of the year, entering the gold club, recognition for impactful leadership, advancing women’s economic and social empowerment, a special mention of being awarded from the sport legends – Ms. PV Sindhu (Badminton), Ms. Shefali Verma (Cricket) and Executive director of Bank of Baroda. The journey is ON and looking forward to addition of many more precious stones to the crown of HeilaKidz.
After a long hands-on experience and research, another venture, an independent preschool was launched. HEILA GLOBAL PRESCHOOL in MANJRI, Pune. Its success soared high in the very first year of its operations in 2023. The school is winning all hearts with all its works and consistent performance. We closed the first year of operations with the count of 250+ children in a single preschool campus, a remarkable achievement that was all possible because of the faith and support from our parents.
HeilaKidz, our third venture, is designed to build a future-focused community while staying deeply connected to our roots. With the introduction of Financial literacy to STEM based learning, brain yoga, the phonics ways of learnings and much more, the program encompasses the great detailing on every aspect of academics and skill development. Our vision to constantly improvise and stay align with the best of the practices around the world comes to reality with HeilaKidz.
After nurturing 2000+ children with our master centre (presently Heila Global School), we are ready to embark on to a new journey to take it wide and across and be part of thousands of happy families.
